Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped 24-48 hours after order is placed. Once the order is shipped tracking information will be sent to the email on file. All orders ship in 100% discreet packaging.

Defective Products
All damaged / defective products must be reported within 10 days or receipt. Contact us immediately at [email protected] to request a R.A. number if the item is defective or damaged. We will address defective / damaged products on a case by case basis. Returns cannot be accepted at the warehouse without a R.A. number.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective product. Defective / damaged products may be exchanged for replacement or store credit within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Erotic Treasure Toys has sole discretion to replace, issue a store credit, or refer to manufacturer warranty. Any return shipping will be paid for by the customer.
